Dr. Ravikeerthy M

Dr. Ravikeerthy M is an experienced Physician in Bangalore, specialising in Internal Medicine. He is currently attached to Manipal Hospital located on Old Airport Road and Max Cure Speciality Clinic at Rajarajeshwarinagar.

Dr. Ravikeerthy graduated in 1994 from Sri Devraj Urs Medical College in Kolar. He later did his post-graduation at JN Medical College in Belgaum, receiving the MD (General Medicine) degree in 2001. JN Medical College is one of the oldest and leading medical colleges in India. Dr. Ravikeerthy trained at KLE Hospital and Research Centre attached to the college - this is a 1000-bed high-tech hospital with ICU (Medical and Cardiac), Cath Lab, and all specialities including Nephrology, Neurology, Nuclear Medicine, etc.           

Previously, Dr. Ravikeerthy has been associated with the NMC Speciality Hospital in Abu Dhabi as Specialist Physician (October 2011 to March 2012) and Manipal Speciality Hospital as Consultant Physician (September 2007 to August 2011). He was also involved in teaching, as a Lecturer at the SDU Medical College in Kolar and at Bangalore Medical College. In addition to this he was posted as Medical Officer of Health at the Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (Municipal Corporation) from September 2004 to August 2005.

Dr. Ravikeerthy is involved in writing research papers too, and has been a part of teams that have conducted clinical studies and trials in various projects. He is a member of several medical associations and has played an active role in some of them in the past.
